c# - add serial port function to existing project

I am looking for a C# developer to add a serial port function to my existing project. The purpose of this function is data transmission. Although I don't have a specific device in mind, I have a rough idea of what I need.

Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in C# programming
- Experience working with serial port communication
- Knowledge of data transmission protocols and techniques
- debugging knowledge is must to same like function from other app ( firstly have to analyse the app)
