add NEW feature to existing C-sharp app

We have an existing windows C-sharp app that runs and connects to a network service to pull item numbers, it then populates the UI with the item #'s, and once commit is pressed it commits the information back to the local network service.

Here is what we need you to do.

We need you to first build the app with the source code we will provide for you, and then modify the same app to work with a USB reader, which will then instead read item #'s, populate the screen UI of the app, and when commit is pressed to commit the payload to a cloud API URL.

* we will provide the USB reader SDK. we will teach you how to use it
* we will provide to a laptop with anydesk and camera so you can develop remotely and test remotely.
* we will provide the source code

requirements
* must be able to talk with us verbally English (not perfect is okay.. but we have to understand you)
* must be available to collaborate with us USA hours

step 1 - build the app and prove that you can
step 2 - mod the app to get the reads from the USB reader device via its SDK
step 3 - mod the app to commit to the cloud endpoint
