US Zip Code, County and Country Web Service

I currently have an application that has been written in c#. The USPS is changing their API and the google interface to this application no longer works and is unable to get the county and country. I need this application updated using the same methods in place.
The application should get the zip code using the address, city and state. It should also return the county and country of the address.
The application should get the city, state, county country using the zip code.
This application works both ways and needs to be updated so that it will continue to work in the future.
