Zebra printer windows application

I need a Windows application that can print product labels for my business. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing applications for Zebra printers.
The application should have the following features:

- The ability to print custom design templates for the labels
- A user-friendly interface for managing printer settings
- Login for the application
- Storing product information in database and printing the same on created template.
