YouTube Video URL Decryption for Research

I'm looking for a professional who can help me decrypt YouTube download URLs for my research purposes.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with URL decryption specifically for YouTube in C# language.
- Being able to adapt the existing project https://github.com/snakx/YouTubeApiSharp in order to let it work again: currently this projects works quite well but the algorithm for deciphering of download URLs seems to be broken
- Understanding of research needs and confidentiality.
