XSLT with C# conditional transform

Looking for proper xslt syntax on a very specific logic. I have a raw XML file (SmallRawData.xml) that is transformed by the xlst file (UK_XSLT_v3.xslt). Each record in XML file is being output into CSV file.
The logic I desire is to only print out the record if the TerminationDate is within the previous calendar month till today. For example, today is 6/14/2022, so I would want the record to be print only if termination date is between 5/1/2022 till 6/14/2022.
You can run the XSLT against the raw data XML to see what is doing, and then add the desired logic.
