Write a query to filter data based on condition

Sample data is uploaded here and 100 percent of one metal and with error percentage of over 15 percent remove that json object from the list. sample test contain 5 array objects in which 2 objects have 100 percent of silver with high error we need to filter data to remove both the objects from the list so if we remove 2 objects the end result will be 3 json objects
