Write code to determine profile picture from email address using outlook.com
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
When you use Outlook.com to send an email, and you enter an email address into the "To" box, a profile picture appears. Viewing the link to this image (see screenshot), there are two parts to this link, the email address and the "cv" or Microsoft Correlation Vector, which is valid for one request only. (subsequent requests come from cache).
I am looking for someone who can write a program - in any language, but I'd prefer C# if possible, that can obtain this link based on an email address - somehow generating the correlation vector. Note that the email address in the link is not the person logged in, it can be any email.
The code needs to be done using HTTP(s) requests, and not use a headless browser. I can share more research that I have done to date to with the winning bidder, if helpful.
I will place a 50%/50% milestone. The first 50% will be released on a "proof of concept", such that you can demonstrate obtaining the image or correlation vector under limited circumstances (logged in user profile only is not acceptable as a proof of concept). The remaining 50% will be available when the code is complete, and can reliably return images for any email address, and can operate for more than 48 hours.
Do not ask for more than the bid amount, the answer will be no. Do not ask to be paid before you have reached your milestones, the answer is no. Otherwise, I am looking forward to working with you!
