Wpf c# eBay & PayPal with Inventory + Invoice Management App

I'm seeking the expertise of a developer competent in Wpf, c# to design a desktop application that would manage my eBay and PayPal listings efficiently. Specifically, the application should incorporate:
- Listing Creation: This should enable a more streamlined process for the creation of listings in bulk. It should include features like customizable templates for the listings and an image gallery where I can easily upload and manage photos for listed items.
- Inventory management with invoice creation
-Email feature to send invoice through emails
- Order Management: Ability to access and manage customer transactions effectively.
- Inventory Management: Track available inventory promptly against sales and listings.
- Transaction Retrieval: The application should include capabilities to retrieve transactions aiding in accounting processes.
-should support multiple accounts for both eBay and PayPal accounts
