Workflow Mapping & Management Software Implementation

I am seeking an expert to map my company's workflow and implement a workflow management software. The software will be used by a small team (1-10 users).
Key Processes to Map and Manage:
- Document Approval
- Task Assignment
- Deadline Tracking
Preferable workflow management software includes Airtable, Kissflow or Asana.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven track record in systematizing workflows
- Proficiency in Airtable, Kissflow or Asana
- Understanding of small teams and their dynamic
Current systems where workflows are generated are via email, ServiceM8, Active Campaign and web/social media
I look forward to an agile setup which reinforces accountability and streamlines our task management. One that once implemented we have the ability to self support which is why the software is important.
