Workflow Automation

I require someone to create a small internal desktop GUI that can complete a number of set functions.

Main Function.
- Upload PDF,
- Parse/Extract data from the PDF.

Secondary Function.
Using the extracted/parsed data (generated by the Main Function);

- Create 3 separate word documents
and
- Create entries to an Excel spreadsheet

Its a rather straight forward GUI.

I would like it created in a way that it can be built upon if additional functions need to be added.
