C# Windwos Application with MySql Database

Looking for a talented C# developer with experience in developing small Windows Applications with few WinForms. Some Forms are already created with a working Code, and Database in Azure. The candidate will carry on the work based on initial requirements and solidify the objectives based on daily discussion. I don't expect the project to last longer than a week with 2-3 hours daily for the initial phase. Just to build a few forms and database tables, then develop WinForms to retrieve, display, and store data.
