Windows 12 issues

I got 1T Nvme C drive and 2T HDD on Alienware Area 51 R2 my issues are; 1. create a symlink from the install path to C drive to D or E drive to save on storage on C and for safeguard for possible reinstall carried out reliably (currently, Visual Studio and Unity packages installation are the main issue). 2. Rearrange the C/D partition so that I can install WSL 2 or Ubuntu as a dual os on this machine 3. keep your work documented for future reference (hard/soft symlink or use of profile script to automate these issue fixes) my budget: max usd 50
