Windows Service for Auto-Starting GUI application
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a Windows Service developed in .NET that will automatically start a GUI application for users of the system when they login.
Key Requirements:
- The Windows Service needs to support Windows 10, Windows 11 and server editions if possible.
- The GUI application should be started for users when they login.
- If the service is stopped the processes started by the service for user should also be stopped.
- If the service is started it should check for logged in users, check if the process exists for those logged in users and if not it should start it.
Some sample code for starting a GUI process as a logged in user from a windows service is included in the below link, i'm happy for the freelancer to use their own method though.
