I need experienced C# developers to create a Windows service app that processes data and handles scheduled tasks. The data processing required is at a simple level - no complex analytics or machine learning tasks needed.
Key Requirements:
- Windows Service App: The app should be designed and developed to run as a Windows service.
- Data Processing: The app should be able to work with large amounts of data and perform basic data manipulation.
- Scheduled Tasks: I need the app to be able to execute specific functions at scheduled intervals, specifically accessing a Postgresql DB and shaping the data for API communication to & from other host.
