Windows Service

I am using altercam(https://altercam.com/) software, while opening Secure browser (https://safeexambrowser.org/download_en.html), it is terminating the altercam software. So my idea, if we convert the altercam app into windows service/background service we can achieve the goal.
So I am expecting solution how to achieve this.
