Windows POS System Customer Display Setup

I'm seeking a developer to create a solution allowing a secondary monitor to display a portion of my primary monitor, specifically for customer viewing of their orders from my POS system. This should be a drag-and-select functionality, giving me the ability to control how much is displayed.
