I need a small Windows 10/11 app that displays a configurable text beside the mouse cursor.
The app should:
- Display text only
- Allow users to customize the text through a right-click menu on the Desktop or by opening the app using the tray icon
- Place the text beside the mouse cursor
Ideal candidates for this project should:
- Have experience in Windows application development
- Be proficient in C# or any other suitable programming language
- Be able to create a user-friendly interface
