Windows Kiosk App for Product Showcase

I need a developer to create a Windows desktop app for a touchscreen kiosk to showcase products with 3D interaction. The app should be similar to McDonald’s or KFC order screens, but without payment functionality.

Key Features:
- Kiosk mode: The app should auto-start, run in fullscreen and have locked navigation.
- UI & 3D Product Interaction: I will provide the design and 3D assets, but the developer should ensure a smooth user interface and seamless 3D product interaction.
- Touchscreen-Friendly & Offline Support: The app should be designed for easy navigation on a touchscreen and should also support offline usage.

Tech Stack:
- Electron.js + Three.js: This web-based tech stack is cost-effective and suitable for this project.
- OR C# .NET WPF + Babylon.js/Unity3D: This native and high-performance tech stack is also a potential option for the project.

The ideal candidate should have:
- Extensive experience in developing desktop applications.
- Proficiency in 3D integration.
- A portfolio showcasing similar past projects.
