C# Windows Development - using Genesys ICWS API

The project above provides the basic connection and authorization to a Genesys ICWS Web API to extract statistics and Workgroup stats. We need a revised version of this program that will run constantly with a timer that will request the statistics every (X) seconds. The resultant values will need to be added to a SQL database via an ODBC connector (to Mysql). Configuration settings will need to be stored in Windows Registry. We have a sample version that has already stored config information in the registry plus the writetoDB function added to the code. We need to be able to create a list of stats, workgroups, queues that is stored in the registry and used by the program to run the query requests. Knowledge of Genesys PureConnect would be useful. There is very good detailed documentation on the API available from Genesys, plus other example programs. More information can be provided to hired contractor.
