Windows Desktop Application for Data Analysis

I'm looking for a talented .NET Developer to help me create a Windows desktop application. The primary purpose of this application will be for data analysis.
Reynolds and Reynolds is currently seeking candidates with prior experience of systems design and development.
REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years prior work experience is required in one or more of the following:
.NET (C# or VB.NET)
Microsoft SQL Server (database design, DBA, stored procedures, OLAP and reporting)
Web services integration using SOAP or REST APIs
Training in C/C++ will be provided but prior experience will be an advantage
Proven track record of the delivery of successful projects
A degree in Computer Science would be an advantage
