Hello, I need a desktop software that will scrape business data automatically with given parameters from the listings. You can develop the software in any programming language you are best. Java, C, C++, or Phyton or any other.
Features of the Software
This project aims to provide a service to those who are looking for business data from different sources. The project will be set as an online service with different levels of subscription plans.
The project will have a website and web panel. Online users will come and select the package suits best them and make the purchase. Once their payment is done, they will be directed to the subscribed user’s web panel and they will check their subscription level and renewal dates. Service fees will be auto-renewable each month. We will send you the list of subscription plans. (The website will be online in Wordpress and you will add a simple addon to Wordpress where we will see user subscription plans and Log files. )
Users will download the software for Windows or Mac or Linux after payment.
In the Software Panel, Users will log in and check their subscription plan.
There will be projects, tasks, and scraped data menu areas.
We direct users on how to use the software with popup information balloons.
The user starts the scraping process by creating his first project.
Once the user creates the first projects User will be able to create single or multiple tasks with keywords and titles limited to its subscription plans.
Creating a Task;
The user will create tasks with functions ;
Task title; The User will submit a title for the task.
Keywords; The User will submit Keywords, User's Subscription level will limit the user to scrape with one keyword or multiple keywords. The software will scrape each keyword with each location separately on by one.
Select Resource Sites to scrape; the User will be able to select one resource or multiple resources to scrape data from. The user's Subscription level will limit the user to scrape in one resource or multiple resources.
(Resources: Google Maps, Bing Maps, Yandex Maps, Linkedin, Facebook, Yelp, Yellowpages.com, Superpages.com, Chamberofcommerce.com)
We will let the user to select which data the user wants to scrape from these sources. Like; Company Name, Sector / Category, Company Email, Company Phone Number, Company Location, Company Website, or any other data available in the resource)
Select Locations; The User will select which destination to search for. We will have a list of all locations in the world with country, city and district. Subscription level will limit users to scrape in one location or multiple locations.
Proxy; It will be an option to scrape with the user’s local IP or list of proxy IPs; We put a link to direct the user to buy proxies with an affiliate link.
Options ; We show some options to the user to limit scraping actions like time, data like scraping every 10 or 20 seconds or stopping the task after 300 datas.
Start Scraping; once the user submits the start scraping button, our application will start scraping the data for each keyword in each resource and in each location on by one selerately after each task complates the next keyword task stars and list the task in the tasks area with process, scraping data statistics. When the scraping task is completed user will be able the expert the data in different formats.
The software will send logs or user activities to the web panel after the task is completed or crashed unexpectedly which The Admins can see.
These logs will include ;
Error Logs; if the software crashes unexpectedly, it will send the error code why it crashed and we will check and try to solve the problems.
User Scraping Data; once the scraping task is completed software will send the scraping data with metrics like keywords, locations, scraped data metrics ( how many data found )

Your Proposal will include 1 year of support plan to solve the problems with the software.
You will be ready to add multiple additional resources to the software like any other business directory or listings with additional reasonable costs after the first development with updates.
Software should not use paid Apis in any resources.
