Windows Desktop App Bug Fix

I have developed a small Windows application that uses WebView2 and relies on a Tomcat server.

On the first launch, the application installs and starts the Tomcat Windows service using a batch file. It then checks if the local server is running via a basic HTTP call. Once the server is confirmed to be up, the application loads the local URL in WebView2.

This functionality works perfectly on my Windows 10 machine. However, after publishing the application on the Microsoft Store, the review team reported that it fails on Windows 11, indicating that the server is not running.

To address this issue, you will need access to a Windows 11 system and Visual Studio to debug and reproduce the problem. For an experienced .NET developer with the necessary tools, this should be a straightforward task.
