Windows Based GUI for Trading Bots

I'm looking for a developer to create a Windows compatible desktop application with a GUI that allows me to control my trading bots connected to Interactive Brokers. The app should allow me to:
- Start and Stop the bots
- Adjust bot parameters
- Monitor the bot's performance
- Modify the stocks I trade
-Track all my trades and separate them by strategy/bots
I want a seamless experience, where I can interact with the app without needing to deal with any coding. The ideal candidate for this project should have extensive experience in creating user-friendly desktop applications, particularly for trading purposes. Knowledge of Interactive Brokers API would be a significant advantage. Please provide examples of similar projects you've completed.
