I'm in need of a Windows-compatible program that enables employee sign in and sign out at a facility.

This program will be exclusively used by employees, clients and visitors. The clients are disabled so will require photo identification. I can sign up for software at 30 dollars per month, however, it is too advanced. I just want something simple. The person who delivers on this, will also get another two programs to do.
