C# Windows Application

We are looking to built a windows software based on C# which will used for race tracking system. In this system user can organize the race b/w two points and details would be show in table. there is a option of registration and reporting. You have to develop the windows application with good UI and write the code with comments. Also also you have to give provide the Software Source Code as well.
