Windows Agent with Telemetry & API posts/put requests

I am looking for a Windows agent that has the following capabilities:

- Starts with Windows and can only be removed by a set password.
- During setup, the user inputs machine details which are then saved in an encrypted file.

- The agent sends telemetry data:

1) Operative System Name & if system updates are avaliable.

2) Logged in User

3) Uptime

4) Disk*(Models, temperatures, Total Space, Space Used, Free Space - Willing to pay extra for obtaining few smart values)

5) Cpu(Model, Temperature, Usage)
and support requests via an API using a unique machineID.

6) RAM (Total, Used, Free)

7) Network Data (IP, Bytes Sent/Received, Speed, Interface Name, Status)

8) Optional - Windows Defender Telemetry (Status, threats)

The agent may also open a window for the user to send a support request (POST with title, and message)

The agent is always on the tray icon, and the only options are (Uninstall (using password) and Support Request.

Ideal skills and experiences for this job include:
- Proficiency in Windows application development
- Experience with telemetry data
- Understanding of API integration
- Familiarity with smart drive data and their VSC's


I have all the api code working (mongo+node) with firebase authentication for the post / put operations.

I also have this system already working in c# but would like it done by a pro.
