C# / Windows API Senior Expert to rebuild a Windows app

We are looking for a developer with advanced experience working with Windows API using C#. Our product must work with screen APIs to disable, enable and count monitors/screens. Experience creating windows installers (MSIs, Exes) with advanced features such as install, uninstall, auto-update.
