C# WinForms / DevExpress HTML Text Editor

I need a C# WinForms text edit control that saves its content as HTML and allows for specific formatting options than can be applied by the user or via code (similar to native .NET RichTextBox but more powerful, similar to DevExpress RichEditControl but more lightweight and faster load time)

Formatting Options:
- Ordered lists <ol>
- Unordered (bulleted) lists <ul>
- Paragraphs <p>
- Bold <b>
- Italic <i>
- Underline <u>
- Subscript <sub>
- Superscript <sup>

Requirements:
- Nested ordered and unordered lists
- Paragraphs with varying indent levels
- Indents need to be configurable
- Support for soft line breaks <br>
- Fast load time
- Inherit from DevExpress MemoEdit v18.2.18
- .NET 4.7.2 with no dependencies other than DevExpress v18.2.18

Ideal Skills and Experience:
