C# WinForm App Integration with NinjaTrader (Level1 and Trades) for many tickers

I'm seeking an experienced C# developer to create a WinForm application that connects to NinjaTrader for the purpose of automated trading. The application should be capable of handling both real-time and historical data from NinjaTrader.

Key Requirements:
- Proficient in C# with a solid understanding of WinForm application development.
- Able Winform to do actions (buttons event) during Market Data or orders to NinjaTrader
- Experience with NinjaTrader and knowledge of its data handling capabilities.

- Orders processing (Buy or Sell Limt with Stop and Take Profit OCO)

What attempt:
1) create connection to current NinjaTrader application running
2) Able to subscribe Level1 (Bid/Ask size) for many tickers
3) Able to subscribe to Trades of the same tickers
4) sending Buy/Sell Limit order with Stop Lost and Take Profit (in tick spread) to NinjaTrader
4.1) If possible, able to see this order in NinjaTrader Chart (with Chart Trader)?
4.2) Able to move Stop Lost and Take Profit manually from NinjaTrader chart
5) Able to receive events from NinjaTrader in case of "Close" button is pressed in NinjaTrader. Need to close this order in C# application.

Question: Is it possible when we subscribe to Trades and Level1 to receive these events in appropriate orders (by timestamp)?

That's it. I know that NinjaTrader scripting exist, I want to reuse older C# application interact with NinjaTrader features.

Please before to send your quotes, BE SURE you have experiences for interaction between NinjaTrader and external C# applications for Level1 and Trades.

*** I don't need a complete automation application. I need only the connections, Level1/Trades subscription and passing orders code samples. Base code where I will continue with after.
