Whatsapp Media file Receiving in Endpoint

I have a Twilio Account which can receive Whatsapp messages and store in a database at my endpoint, but I the problem is I can only store the text messages, I need to store also the media file received from the Whatsapp like voice messages, photo and PDF that i've received.
