WhatsApp Bot in C#

I want to make whatsapp bot in c# with puppeteersharp using Javascript executor to get chatlist and contacts and Groups from chatlist [ name , members count , scrape group numbers and group admin , link of groups , Can send to Group or not ] + auto reply any new messages get new messages and reply to it with txt or sound or doc or video
We can Use Javascript Or use C# Sockets to do it Or IronPython
