The system should allow guests to send service requests via WhatsApp (e.g., "I need a beach towel," "Air conditioning is not working") and have these messages intelligently routed to the correct hotel department (e.g., Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B).

The workflow must include:

Immediate acknowledgment to the guest.

Internal dispatching of the task to the correct department contact via WhatsApp or internal chat.

Follow-up confirmation from the department upon task completion.

Final update to the guest confirming the task is completed.

(Optional) Collect a quick service feedback rating after task resolution.

Key Requirements:

WhatsApp Business API experience (preferably with Twilio, 360Dialog, Wati.io, or similar platforms).

Ability to set up basic keyword-based routing logic.

Experience with automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, Twilio Studio, or custom chatbot frameworks).
