WhatsApp Automation

I want one c# library where in I can open web.WhatsApp on Chrome and scan QR code from my mobile and then we need to create multiple functions in the C sharp library to send text message files photos
Chrome should run separately and I will be able to send messages or files from my third-party application using that c# library
