Website that collates people's information into a detailed motivation document formatted into PDF

In South Africa, the process of applying for a license to own a firearm, is a onerous one. There are many aspects to this process, that takes many months to go through. One of the aspects of this process, is a detailed motivation with a lot of personal details, details about the firearm, the caliber and many more. There are many companies and individuals that provide such customized motivations to people but at quite high expense and completely manual.
I wrote a website in .Net, using MVC and completed about 90% of the site that would automate this motivation as much as possible but need assistance in finishing the project so that I can take it live.
Due to the nature of the problem I'm trying to solve as well as the data being used, I cannot share any examples or documents at this stage but would be willing to do a demo on what I've built so far. I also have a detailed list of out standing work (most of which is UI related).
