WebView2 Installable Test Project

I am trying to develop a C# Windows forms application for another project, which is clandestine. For various reasons. I want a developer to which is an expert enough in the field of C# Windows forms development to develop a test project to go to Github. Which can use the WebView2 NuGet package for a simple browser which is already navigated on form load. To simply make it an installable and be able to show me how to do so.
