Web pages connecting to API to GET and POST data

We have an API playground, meaning we have UI access (DB is not visible) where we can alter the data structure on API using the UI. Once we have done the model (About 3-4 forms on UI which will generate corresponding tables on backend), we need to connect an MVC application to this API to get and post data.
