Web application for dashboard C#

Hi,

I wanted to create a web application for storing the data and prepare the dashboard below is some details.

1. Web Application with SQL server as backend (Database).
2. Admin & user login page.
3. Admin control panel.
a. User management and user level security.
b. Admin can add, delete users.
c. Admin can set security level for every user.
4. User interface to take input from user.
5. Project management page (allow to input the data) data list will share later
6. Provide the functionality for Add, Alter and delete the records.
7. Adding, altering and deleting records will follow the user security rules.
8. Good interactive and informative dashboard for management.
a. Web dashboard.
b. Functionality to export into Excel and PDF format.
c. Email function.
9. Database designing it also can be used via Power-BI for reporting.
