Web Monitor .NET Backend

I would like to develop Web monitor caching HTTP Request + Code tracing + Database tracing + Response see Example, in C# command line project.
When running the exe it will start Web Monitor and write to log file.

Example and data of log file row

1) HTTPRequest how much time it took ? From start to end in ms
1.1) Body = Payload
1.2) Header
1.3) Method POST/GET
2) Code tracing (exceptions and stack trace)
3) DataBase (Oracle and MSSQL) call if was - collect commandText (inline or store procdure ) ,paramters , database ,dataSource how much it took in ms and cacth timeout and exception
4) Response Result header and body and code status .

When Request is ended write all the details of request + code tracing + database call and http response to a log file in Json format.
