Web Assist for X509 Certificate Issues
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm experiencing issues with both my server and client recognizing my self-signed X509 certificate on my web API service. I'm using Visual Studio 2022 with asp.net core 8.0 / Kestrel on the server side and C#.net WPF on the client side. The connection is being forcibly closed on the client side.
The primary issues I'm facing are:
- Both the server and client not recognizing the self-signed certificate.
- Connection being forcibly closed on the client side.
I have not set up any error logging for either the server or client side. I suspect that this may be a simple fix for someone with regular experience in web, security, and certificates.
