COOL TRANSPORT / COURIER APP
This app allows the transport company to load new jobs/loads where details about the load is entered and assigned to a driver.
• The driver gets notified on their own portal/app/system about the load.
• The driver picks up the load, and delivers it – entering details as they progress.
• The client and admin will see updates as to where the load is currently based on the progress entered by driver.
NEEDED

Admin Portal:
1. Sign in screen
a. With email / cellphone
b. Password
c. Reset Function to send code to cellphone / email
2. Create New Load (When a new load comes in the admin adds the details on the portal.
3. Admin assigns the new load to a driver from a list of verified existing drivers that admin can load
4. Admin is able to manage, edit, delete, add:
a. New loads
b. Clients
c. Drivers
d. Ports
e. Load Points
f. Vessels
g. Trucks
5. Able to view all loads (sort between unassigned (new) loads and assigned loads)
6. Able to view past loads
7. Search functionality to search for loads based on Ref number etc…
Driver Portal:
1. Sign in screen
a. With email / cellphone
b. Password
c. Reset Function to send code to cellphone / email
2. Driver gets notification of new load
3. Driver sees overview info about load as per CTO:
a. Container Depot
b. Port
c. Pakhuis
4. Driver updates the admin about progress via photos and chat functionality
5. Text file of chats and update photos is added to the field for that specific load in admin portal.
6. Client is notified of progress based on driver updates.
7. Driver should only see current load that they are delivering and perhaps a next load to see what upcoming loads they have to pick up.
Client Portal:
Client can log in with their details, and see the progress of their current load being delivered and past loads delivered. Client can see current and past CTO forms.
