Web API Developer Needed For Existing Mobile Application

We are looking for a .net core developer to help us build upon our existing API. The application is relatively straight forward, most core business logic is done on iOS mobile devices, web API is used to store states and provide account creation/authentication/authorization. Main goal is to integrate with Amazon SNS (simple notification service) so the back end can send silent notifications to our mobile devices which will then trigger mobile application logic. We also need someone who knows how to use AWS cli to deploy these app updates to our EC2 instances on AWS.
