Warranty Class in Acumatica - Acumatica Experience Required!
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
1. Add checkbox on item classes (IN201000) for “Equipment Warranty Item” under General Setting under the rest of the export to External System checkbox
2. On the Stock Items (IN202500) there should be a drop down under Item class called “Equipment Warranty Class:” which will be a list of all the item classes that have the box check from step 1.
3. When the Equipment Warranty Class is selected on a stock item the specs from the Service Management tab of the Warranty Equipment Class will populate the service Management tab, as opposed to it currently using the item class of the stock item.
4. If no equipment class is selected, then look at the item class of the stock item as would normally be done
