Want a single page web application in c# .net core for filling checksheet and printing

I am looking to develop a single page web application in c# .net core for filling out a checksheet and printing it out. The application will be handling images, so the right developer should have experience working with them. Additionally, I require a user authentication system for access to the application so please make sure to include that in your proposal. Finally, the checksheet documents I've included as an attachment are in image format
