WSDL expert

I am looking for an expert in WSDL files to help with a project I'm working on. The purpose of the WSDL file is to describe the functionality of a web service and specify its location, as well as defining the data types used in the service. The requirement is for a .wsdl file to send out a request with an "Authorization" and Bearer + Token. I need help in modifying an existing WSDL file, and the programming language I am using is C#. Therefore, I am looking for someone with extensive knowledge and experience in WSDL files and C# programming languages.
