C# WPF simple graphics plot

I am looking for a C# WPF developer who can create a simple graphics plot using bar plot. The data to be plotted will be generated within the program itself. There is no need for user interaction with the plot such as zooming or selecting points.

Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in C# and WPF
- Experience in creating graphics plots, specifically bar plots
