WPF project

I am in need of a WPF project that will focus on data visualization. I have specific requirements for the project and need a skilled programmer able to execute my ideas. The data sources required for this visualization will come from a local database. I am looking for a professional who can create an efficient and aesthetically pleasing data visualization platform using WPF. If you have the experience and know-how make sure to contact me, as I'm excited to see what this project can become! Basically the input will be two excel files and the output would be another excel file with certain rules applied on the input excel files. The UI is fairly simple with just 4/5 working elements.
