WPF C# .net developer for professional UI work for engineering project

I am developing an automation project that will be a plugin on AutoCAD and Revit. I am searching for a WPF developer that has both programming and artistic skill to build a professional, user-friendly UI. We will divide the project into small phases, but the whole work should have the same feel and look.
The developer should provide samples of his previous work.
Revit API or Autocad.net API is a plus
