C# WPF Video Recording Application
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
The application should display a video feed from a webcam. It must allow recording both video and audio and save it as a single movie file.
It should have two buttons:
1. a button to start /stop the recording
2. Settings button - that goes to panel to choose video input, audio input, the resolution of recorded video (maximum value depending on the camera possibilities)
All libraries used for this project must be free for commercial use (preferably apache 2.0 or MIT licenses, eventually LGPL v3). Performance and stability are very important. The application should be able to run for hours without crashing or leaks. Although, it should not require a lot of resources. It should be a desktop WPF application written in c#.
