WPF Tree View UI Development

I'm looking for a skilled developer experienced in WPF, XAML, and C#. The task is to create a user interface that displays tree view services from various data sources, including Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases.

Key Requirements:
- Use of existing dll to display data sources in an organized manner.
- Creation of a panel for connection parameters when selecting an Oracle service type.
- Node addition upon successful connection, with metadata displayed upon expansion.
- Detailed drilling down to column level descriptions, including constraints, length, data type, etc.

Connection Parameters:
The UI should prompt for the following connection parameters:
- Username/Password
- Connection String
- API Key

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in C#, XAML, and WPF
- Previous experience with tree view UI development
- Familiarity with various databases, especially Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases.
